Introducing Florida Telco Real Estate Services, an inventive new program that puts a team of Real Estate professionals to work for you. Our team of professionals lets you focus on everyday life while they do most of the work for you.
We can help you realize the dream of home ownership and/or sell your existing home with less hassle. You’re safe in our hands, and our goal is to save you time and money. Our members enjoy tremendous savings on real estate fees, as well as products and services for your new home.
The Rules
- CU Real Estate Services is open to all members.
- Membership in the CU is determined by individual credit union.
- Members are eligible to participate unless member has entered into any of the following contracts:
- Purchase & Sale Agreement
- Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement
- Listing Agreement
- The member is currently registered in any Real Estate Affinity or Rebate Program.
- Member is being reimbursed for any real estate related costs by their employer or through a relocation or purchase program of any type.
- Members who are obligated under a listing agreement may use CU RES for the purchase of their new home. The opposite is also true. Members working with a real estate agent for the purchase of their home may use Florida Telco RES for the sale of their existing home.
- Member must agree to use an agent referred to them through the program. Agents outside the Program are not eligible to participate.
- Valid only for single-family and multi-family (up to four units) residential properties, including, but not limited to Condominiums, PUDs and qualifying manufactured homes. This service includes owner-occupied homes, second/vacation homes and investment properties.

Your Advocate explains how the program works, determines your needs and introduces you to the Real Estate Agent* best suited to helping you accomplish your goals. Your Advocate is paired with you until you are settled in your new home, answering your questions, arranging services and working with your Real Estate Agent.
Your Real Estate Agent.
Only the best Agents are certified to work with Credit Union members. You’ll find them to be creative, market-knowledgeable, and skillful throughout this important event.
Your Member Loan Consultant.
Florida Telco’s professional loan consultants will help you find the ideal loan for your dream home. You’ll enjoy a simple, easy process, and will have peace of mind that everything will be done professionally, down to the last dotted “i.”
