Accounting Representative II

Florida Telco Credit Union is seeking an individual to fill the position of Accounting Representative II. This position supports the financial management and operations of the credit union through maintenance of accounting records and reports. A college degree and two to five years of experience are required.

The duties of this position include:

· Process return items efficiently and effectively within the proper time frames for check adjustments, as well as the edit and exception report and return items from the Fed.

· Balance the Wisdom G/L Posting File to the trailer and cash totals
in order to post the prior day's work.

· Process payroll distributions and savings
bond transmission and redemption.

· Reconcile assigned accounts.

· Process incoming and outgoing wires.

· Deliver high quality of service to both internal and
external members, as defined by our Service Promises.

Teller I

Florida Telco Credit Union currently has Teller I positions open. 

The duties of this position include delivering high quality service to both internal and external members as defined by our Service Promises; receiving and processing deposits, withdrawals and loan payments, cashiers checks, credit card and loan advances, travelers cheques, transfer requests and other file maintenance transactions; promoting increased usage of other credit union products and services that are beneficial to the member. 

 Teller experience is preferred.  Cash handling experience is required.
