How to Set-up an On-Site Enrollment

We will discuss any special needs or concerns you have.  We'll also select a date and time for the On-Site Enrollment, as well as how you want it conducted (open or by preset appointments.)   We will also discuss how we will promote the event.  In addition to Poster announcements, we will provide an invitation to each of your employees by one of these methods:  Email, U.S. Mail, or Payroll Attachment.

2. Promote Event:  While we do all the work at the On-Site visit, we need your assistance ahead of time to make our visit as beneficial and productive as possible.  We provide all the materials needed to do so.  There is no expense to your company.  The materials will be either mailed or delivered in plenty of time for your event / our visit to be well advertised.
  ~Distribute any provided materials.
  ~Display our announcement poster(s) and enrollment packages/brochure kiosk in your break room or other common area.  Also, display appointment sign up sheet, if you have selected this type of enrollment.
  ~Remind employees (via Email, Memo or Announcement) on the day before our visit that we will be there the next day.


3. Day of Event:  
  ~Provide a space for us to meet with your employees.
  ~Attend event if your schedule permits.  Though this is not required, we always welcome the attendance of our Ambassadors.
