How to Enroll: Login to Private PC, bring up your Credit Card account and click "Online Services." Then choose "eStatement Enrollment," enter your email address, and accept. Now you're enrolled!

Using Private PC, our Internet Banking service, you can:
- View your account
- Request withdrawals to be mailed
- Make loan payments
- Transfer between accounts
- View & Print "Check Images" (cleared checks)

Internet Banking (Private PC)/Check Imaging Fee Information:
All PC Banking members will be automatically enrolled in eStatements (electronic statements available via Private PC) and be granted free PC Banking and Check Imaging. If one chooses to disenroll (elect to receive a paper statement) a fee of $2 per month will be imposed for paper statements, PC Banking and Check Imaging.

Browser Compatability
USERS' Internet-based products can be accessed using the following browsers:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0
- Netscape 7.2
- Mozilla FireFox 2.0
Note:
- For the latest versions of most browsers, the credit union's web site must be set up as a trusted site.
- Java must be enabled for all of the above browsers. For the Netscape browser, "Netscape messenger and MAPI" should also be enabled.
- Other less-common browsers may work with these products, but USERS can't test every available browser. To work with USERS Internet-based products, a browser must support the following:
- Frames
- SSL
- Scripting languages -- specifically JavaScript 1.1
- HTML 3.2 standard
- Adobe Flash 9
- Cookies Enabled
**The minimum versions are shown in the list above. More recent versions of these browsers (with up-to-date patches where applicable) are recommended because they provide better security.
eStatements Viewing Options
eStatements are now available as a PDF* in Private PC, and is the new default format. There are three options for viewing your eStatement: Text, Image and PDF.
The following window is visible at the top of the View Statement page. The drop down box includes all three display formats (Text, Image, and PDF). To change the display format, simply drop down and choose the format you would like to view and click the view as button to the left of the drop down.

*Adobe Reader or Acrobat must be installed in order to view the PDF format. Adobe Reader is available to download for free here.
