Auto Advisors is a hassle-free buying service. It is not only designed to assure you a good deal on the price of a vehicle, but also in the areas of the aftermarket, extended warranties and service contracts. More information is available at www.autoadvisors.com.

Auto Advisors is a VIP service and is provided to Florida Telco Credit Union members ONLY. Member satisfaction is our primary goal.

We do not quote prices. We do the leg work for you, as a pre-qualified member, locate a vehicle, set an appointment at a participating dealer, and accompany you to the dealership to insure that you receive a fair price on the vehicle using our fleet purchasing power. We focus on the entire transaction so you, our valued member does not get hurt financially. Normally the vehicle price is near invoice (some specialty vehicles that are hot in the market may cost a little more).

You may be able to secure a similar price after exhaustive research and many hours shopping from dealer to dealer. Our job is to make the vehicle buying experience hassle and haggle free and as enjoyable as possible. We try to eliminate the 6-7 hour drama that occurs once you have located a vehicle that interests you. Many dealers will try to sell a car, with a special “today only” price and it may not be the vehicle that you want.

When you go to an automobile dealership to purchase a vehicle, the dealership has the opportunity to make profit in five areas:

  1. Sale price vs. Invoice price
  2. Financing
  3. Aftermarket items (spoilers, pin striping, undercoating, paint sealant, etc.)
  4. Extended warranty and GAP insurance
  5. Service contract

The Auto Advisor service does the following to help you:

  1. We contact only authorized dealers in the area for special pricing.
  2. Any aftermarket items are sold at cost plus a small markup.
  3. Extended warranties can be purchased through the credit union at approximately ½ the cost of the dealers cost. GAP insurance is also available through the credit union at a considerable savings.
  4. We do not recommend service contracts (each member has to evaluate their individual needs).

In a nutshell, we make sure that the buying experience is hassle and haggle-free. We do all of the legwork for you, and we make sure that you do not get hurt financially.
